WINDS is a joint venture consortium formed by Nisaan, Sony, Exvision and the Ishikawa-Watanabe Laboratory at the University of Tokyo. Professor Ishikawa is the global leader of an innovative concept and algorithm called High Speed Vision, which takes advantage of images at higher frame rate than standard video rate of 30~60fps.
